This weekend was really good. We have small group on Sunday nights (my parents have always called them “small groups”, and it stuck…but, cell group, life group, whatever you’d like to call it…), and it’s been so good. Like, I don’t have words to describe it good–but more on that in a later post.

I got to talk to one of my favorite people in the whole world this weekend. On the phone. Well, on Skype. I’m not sure how our schedules are so opposite that it feels like we never talk. And we both have iphones, and we hardly email. These things I’ll never understand. But, regardless, I always feel so refreshed after getting to see her face via Skype. Makes me so thankful to have such good friends.

I think I need (er…want) rain boots. I’m on the look-out. It’s nearly rainy season, so they’re clearly practical. If you find some online, feel free to send the links my way!

numero quatro…

big news! drum roll, please…one my other favorite people in the world (I’m lucky–I have a few!) and I dreamed up a fun project last week. She’s a new vegetarian (so proud!) and so we’ve been emailing recipes back and forth. And thus, Peas in a Blog was born. So, instead of emailing recipes to share, we’ll just post them and share them with the world as well. Fun, huh?! We thought so! check it out here!
